Our previous computer guru had emigrated and recommended Jon.  Jon came to our house, reviewed our requirements and configured a replacement machine which Dell delivered the next day!  Jon returned and moved all our programs & data to the new machine.  Once we’d settled down with it we invited him round again for some fine tuning.
