I’m Jon Elwood
I’ve been running my own computer support and repair company since 2020. Prior to this I’ve had over 20 years’ experience in IT Support, providing multiple clients with ongoing computer support, both onsite and remote, with software and hardware installation, repair, and setup. I am a qualified network support engineer and so can assist with any network installation and internet troubleshooting.
I also have qualifications and certifications with Microsoft, Apple, Cisco, CompTIA, Lenovo and Dell.
I love the variety in my work, whether working with individuals or various small businesses to ensure the quick resolution of their requirements and issues.
I know the frustration and downtime that IT issues can bring, and I treat each request with the urgency that it requires.
Over the last few years I’ve had many happy customers and businesses, establishing rewarding working relationships.
I enjoy the hands-on, face to face work and I’m looking to continue providing my expertise and knowledge to my customers into the future.
