  Jon responded to our message quickly and we arranged an appointment to see us at home. He arrived punctually. He soon reassured us and got to work on our Mac Desktop. He more than fulfilled our expectations and the job was soon done without fuss. We had some issues, but Jon went above and beyond, even popping home to bring us his personal adapter to show us how it worked. So we were able to buy one of our own........problem solved!
