If like me you were dreading the thought of upgrading to a new PC because you don't have the skills to do it yourself, then Jon can save you an awful lot of hassle. He got the job done very efficiently, was calm and patient when I was struggling with passwords and quickly found a way round all the problems that inevitably crop up. His charges are very reasonable too for such a professional service. Thoroughly recommended.

Jon repurposed a button on my son's gaming PC and saved me a fortune. It was a super quick turnaround too and he even went to the trouble of cleaning it out as it was terribly dusty inside! Jon is pleasant, knowledgeable and efficient. Elwood Computer Services are my new go-to for IT queries and I will be recommending them to my friends and family too.

We wanted to upgrade our 10 year old Dell computer but daunted by the process, we needed some serious hand holding. Our previous computer guru had emigrated and recommended Jon. Jon came to our house, reviewed our requirements and configured a replacement machine which Dell delivered the next day! Jon returned and moved all our programs & data to the new machine. Once we’d settled down with it we invited him round again for some fine tuning. A very professional, friendly and calming experience, reasonable priced too. Highly recommended.
